As a hospice nurse, Mary Landberg is devoted to helping hospice patients and families live fully while alive. Through photography she has found a way to offer this special population a gesture of love and a lasting memory to carry forward.
Her new book, Enduring Love, features a compilation of hospice portraits and stories documenting the final steps in life’s journey. A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to hospice programs.
Mary holds a masters degree in public health and bachelors’ degrees in both exercise physiology and nursing. For over twenty-five years she has enjoyed her mission as a health educator helping people enhance their potentials for health and happiness.
Her creative endeavors and educational offerings have been showcased on television, radio and in the press. Her unique photographic style is gaining national recognition. She continues to celebrate the publishing of Fear Means Go, her book of poetry and photography.
Mary is a proud mother of two grown daughters who are embarking on career paths of human service. She lives in Ashland, Oregon with her best friend, fellow photographer and loving partner Mark.
